Program is valid on condition that members of All–Ukrainian Association of Veterans & Disabled of Chernobyl, schools and kindergartens leadership, Heads of local authorities apply to Foundation the official personal written applications to be included to this Program and applications for providing with clear water.

With the help and participation of international partners and assistance of local authorities the implementation of this Charity Program will give opportunity to involve on charity basis the investments to Ukraine such as modern equipment for deep mining and cleaning the water.

One of the consequences of Chornobyl disaster on radioactive polluted areas is polluted water. The scientists say that many diseases especially among suffered from Chornobyl disaster and also people who live, work and study on radioactive polluted areas arise from using radioactive polluted water. The using of this water leads very often to various diseases and death.

Foundation is looking for new ways to implement in Ukraine modern projects in this sphere. We study problems, set contacts with international partners who are able to help Ukraine to overcome the consequences of Chornobyl disaster including the providing with modern equipment to mine deep clear water and deliver to all houses situated in radioactive areas.

Foundation keeps negotiations with international partners to reach agreement on problem of giving on charity basis free modern equipment for mining of deep clear water and deliver it to every house.

Delivery, installation and using this equipment are very important problems for radioactive polluted areas. We believe that local authorities will help to find the way to implement this Program taking into account specificity of every region. Cooperation of Foundation with community and local authorities on areas of radioactive pollution will help to solve these problems in optimal terms and minimal cost.
