Program is developed on charity basis to provide with energy produced through safe ecological technologies for private houses, schools, kindergartens and public places in countryside on radioactive polluted areas for persons suffered from Chornobyl disaster and other persons being under Ukrainian Law dated February, 28 1991 № 796 – XXII, members of All–Ukrainian Association of Veterans & Disabled of Chernobyl.
Program is valid on condition that members of All–Ukrainian Association of Veterans & Disabled of Chernobyl, schools and kindergartens leadership, Heads of Local Authorities apply to Foundation the official personal written applications to be included to this Program and applications for providing with energy produced through safe ecological technologies.
With the help and participation of international partners and assistance of proper local authorities the implementation of this Charity program will give opportunity to involve investments to Ukraine like modern equipment for obtaining energy produced by safe ecological technologies on charity basis.
Nowadays searching, investigation and implementation of the new sources of energy are very important problems for Ukraine first of all for radioactive polluted areas.
Foundation is looking for new ways to implement modern projects in this sphere. We study problems, set contacts with international partners which are able to help Ukraine to overcome the consequences of Chornobyl disaster including the implementation of energy produced through safe technologies.
Alternative technologies in the sphere of energetics will help to obtain recoverable energetic sources from wind and light. They are useful by such characteristics:
- natural (free) recoverability of sources;
- possibility to involve specialists and develop national science by setting close international contacts;
- creating jobs not only for professional theorists but also for practical specialists of different branches who will produce, install and provide the work of equipment.
Foundation keeps negotiations with international partners to reach agreement on problem of providing on charity basis free modern equipment for regenerative branch of energetics.
Delivery, installation and using this equipment are very important problems for radioactive polluted areas. We believe that local authorities will help to find a way to implement this Program taking into account specificity of every region. Cooperation of Foundation with community and local authorities on areas of radioactive pollution will help to solve these problems in optimal terms and minimal cost.
